I think that is Julius speaking his VA sounds like sebastian from black butler I can't wait for more info on this and who is Ludger Va going to be hopefully they well pick someone that fits him otherwise the choices are coming soon but well we get Code Geass dlc as Japan did to? the chances are very low since we didn't get Star Driver DLC that is most sad but its not the first time they did this to us like the last of the Tales of Graces F dlc? *cough* Haseo dlc outfit and Code Geass dlc but back on topic TOX2 game is more darker and fun to play and yes it's almost TOX2 time hopefully you have your save data from TOX1 ready
